R.Bhaskar
Architect
R.Bhaskar, the principal architect, after graduating from REC, Trichy in 1985 with a Bachelor degree in Architecture, started his career with M/s. Pithavadian and Partners. He moved to Alsa group of companies where he was involved in the design and detailing of the first precast concrete apartment building in Chennai. He later on joined to become an associate with M/s. Natraj and Venkat Architects in 1990. He also brings in experience of working abroad in Bahrain between 1993-1995.
This cumulative experience of over ten years helped him in establishing Bhaskar Architects in 1995 and to sustain the practice by providing variety in design and with a keen eye for detail.
Advaith Bhaskar

Advaith Bhaskar, obtained his bachelors in Architecture degree from SRM University Chennai in 2013. During this period, he was selected to do a 6 month semester abroad program at Birmingham City University, United Kingdom in 2011. He further moved on to pursue his masters in Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago in 2015. His work was nominated for the Chicago AIA Award by the American Institute of Architects and one of his design was selected and was showcased in the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
Before joining Bhaskar Architects, he brings in valuable experience from working with Eleven18 Architecture, Orlando. His fresh innovative thinking and systematic approach lends the global approach to adapt to the local conditions.
Malini Venkatesh
Architect
Malini Venkatesh, a talented architect joined the firm in the year 2018 to share her knowledge and pursue her interest in architecture. With her fresh and innovative approach to design she is able to bring a lot of value addition to projects. She enjoys exploring new materials, textures and colours to bring out the best.
She is a team player with good technical knowledge who is able to deliver good design philosophy with a customer centric approach.
Sundari Bhaskar
A science graduate by qualification, has been the life line of the organisation. Her expertise in administration, HR and managing finances have excelled past professionals in the field. It has been her sole ability to have created an environment to ensure that the team stays as a family and her contribution can be proven by the retention of the staff, who have been with the firm ever since they have joined.
